Analysis reports generated for your websites are provided for your use. However, the underlying AI models, algorithms, and Service infrastructure remain our exclusive property.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The analysis and suggestions provided by UXOptim are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated suggestions
• The effectiveness of implementing suggested changes
• Specific business outcomes or conversion improvements
• Compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.)

You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any suggestions. We strongly recommend professional review before making significant changes to your website.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UXOPTIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from implementing AI-generated suggestions
• Third-party claims against you

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

11. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

12. Service Modifications

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UXOptim regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
